• Cooking oil: 50ml
• Minced lemongrass: 50gr
• Oyster meat: 300gr
• Seasoning powder: 2 spoons
• Salt: ½ spoon
• Minced garlic: 20gr
• Minced chilies: 30gr
• MSG: ½ spoon
• Satay: 2 spoons
Add 50ml of cooking oil to a pan, wait for hot oil to fry minced garlic.
